Lose 10 Pounds in Two Days - Find Out Today

First of all, if you want to lose 10 pounds in two days it is important to know that this is not possible and not even remotely healthy. However, if you really want to lose those pounds in a short amount of time, you can actually do so in three days when you follow the three-day diet. It is important however that you check with your doctor first before following this diet to make sure that it will be good for your health.

The three day diet consists of having the following food for three days. On the first day, you will need to eat half a grapefruit, one slice of toasted bread, two tablespoons of peanut butter, along with coffee and tea. During lunch time, you will need half a cup of tuna, one slice of toast, and coffee and tea. For dinner, eat two slices of meat (any type), half a banana, one cup of green beans, one apple, and a cup of vanilla ice cream.

On the second day of the three day diet, for breakfast, eat a slice of toast, one egg, and half a banana. For lunch, eat either one slice of cheddar cheese or one cup of cottage cheese, five pieces of saltine crackers, and one hard boiled egg. For dinner, eat two hot dogs, one half cup of carrots, one cup of broccoli, half a banana, and one cup of vanilla ice cream.

On the third day, for breakfast, eat five pieces of saltine crackers, one apple, and one slice of cheddar cheese. For lunch, eat one slice of toast, and one hard boiled egg. For dinner, eat one cup of tuna, one cup of vanilla ice cream, and half a banana.

It is very important not to eat in between meals. This diet will help you lose the pounds in three days as it works on the chemical breakdown of the food when it is consumed in the body.
